This was the first Classikids cycle!
The workshops were given with the assistance of Shin Yee Tan, and the children aged 8-12 were able to learn some of the basic foundations of ballet like the positions, port de bras, plies, tendus, jetes and more.They were also able to learn how to do some corner exercises such as skips, gallops, and pa de chas.Everyone was very hardworking, engaged, and energetic in the lessons it was a pleasure to teach them as they were all eager to learn. This cycle ended with a masterclass with Teacher Perry Sevidal in her studio where she taught them some more barre exercises and reviewed them on what they had learned so far.To end the masterclass, the kids got to give a performance to Teacher Perry on what they worked on during the previous lessons.
